The Superior Twin Room accommodates up to three guests with one single bed and one double bed. It includes a minibar, an electric kettle and ironing facilities for guest use. Climate control and connectivity features are provided within the room.
The staff were friendly and the rooms were spacious and clean, but the breakfast was a bit pricey.

The breakfast remained as good as always, a real highlight locally with a wide variety that suited Asian tastes, so I was pleased. However, having stayed here many times before, I now feel the place has changed hands and everything feels cheap; the bathroom tap is a nightmare to operate, needing both hands to turn, the shower tap has barely any pressure or flow making showers take forever, and the new bed is hard, uneven, and uncomfortable to sleep on.
I've stayed at this hotel a few times, and while the staff are always friendly, I've been disappointed with the parking situation. Compared to another hotel chain, this one seems to have limited parking spaces, especially for larger vehicles. Although they do offer some parking fee support, it's still quite inconvenient.

However, I had a frustrating experience with parking - there weren't enough spaces, so I had to park across the street, pay for parking, and then go back to the hotel to get reimbursed. To make matters worse, on a snowy day, I slipped and fell, and ruined my clothes - it was a really disappointing experience and I didn't want to go back.
