I had a private beach and a decent pool, and the front‑desk manager was fine. The spot was in a bad location, no taxis around and the ones that do come often refuse to go. Every charge had to be paid in cash immediately; no credit card, no room‑charge option, which was really inconvenient and unserviceable. The rooms were very old, and the shower felt like a hostel.

“Wunderbar”

The hotel was simply amazing! The view from my room was a dream, and the pool was the biggest I’ve seen in Albania. Customer service was flawless. I tried Linguine Frutti di Mare at their restaurant and it was truly delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly, and nice. There were plenty of free parking spots, a huge plus compared to other places in Saranda. I only stayed one night because I was traveling through, but I hope to return next year with my family for a longer stay. I can only recommend this hotel!

The property is really nice and well kept. The sea is super clean and clear. There’s also a volleyball court, which was perfect for the afternoons, and the sunbeds are really soft and comfortable. We spent most of our time outside just relaxing and enjoying the view. Everything was beautiful and well kept, I have no complaints

“Nice and it feels like home but better”

The vibes were the best and the pizza was the best I’ve had in Albania, no joke, and the staff aren’t lazy. More helpers would be nice, but the staff are all good people.
