The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. Our bedroom was superb and the building was immaculate throughout. The location is literally a 2‑minute walk from the Old Town; watching people stroll around with their wheeled suitcases reminded us how great our spot was. We were lucky to get free parking right outside our hotel door.

The hotel and room are very good, only the stairs bother us with our luggage. Excellent breakfast. The air conditioning needs improvement to cool more; there’s a control or limiter that doesn’t lower the temperature below 24, and in the excessive heat it wasn’t comfortable.

The receptionist was very friendly, giving us helpful tips and restaurant recommendations. The room was very clean and modernly furnished. Breakfast was on the other side of the street on a rooftop terrace—very nice atmosphere, small but fine.

We especially appreciated the staff’s warm, smiling, and friendly welcome—a real highlight of our stay! The location is also nice for exploring Monopoli. Unfortunately, several aspects disappointed us given the relatively high nightly rate. First, the breakfast was truly disappointing and didn’t match the level of service expected for a hotel of this category and price. The equipment was also lacking. The jacuzzi bath, meant to be a relaxing moment, took more than an hour to fill because of an extremely low water flow, making it hard to enjoy. Another negative point: the bed creaked a lot with every movement, hurting comfort and sleep quality. It’s a shame because the hotel has potential and the staff is very welcoming. However, given the price, we expected higher comfort, better equipment, and a superior breakfast. The value for money was therefore very disappointing.

“Pleasant and very convenient for the station and town.”

The location is quiet. Ann‑Marie at reception made us feel very welcome and was very helpful. We didn’t like the spiral steep steps up to our room, especially with suitcases, since there were no lifts. For breakfast we had to go down the steps, cross the road to the opposite building, and climb more steps up to the roof. It was a basic breakfast but had no proper roof and was okay until we had heavy rain and everything got soaked.
