The staff was excellent and the location superb. The rooms were just hotel rooms, no real room service, and the quality was not up to standard; the facilities needed maintenance and there was no proper waiting area—just a simple entrance, so it couldn’t be called a hotel.

I didn’t like a single thing: the cleanliness was terrible, the location in the market was uncomfortable, it was extremely noisy, the windows wouldn’t close properly, and the whole experience was so bad I had to find a deodorizer just to mask the room’s smell.
