Convenient for a short rest, mainly because of the location. The check‑in was a hassle; we had to call the person in charge who was not in the building to come and help, which was the only issue. The self‑check‑in part had some technical problems.

The location was very good and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, giving us information about places to visit. The room was a mess; when you tried to take a shower, water would splash onto the toilet, the toilet paper holder, and everything else in the bathroom, reaching the bed area. If there was a problem, we wouldn’t have known who to call because there is no one at reception, and check‑in is self‑service. The room was tiny and especially dirty. Fortunately, we only slept there for one night.

I had to switch hotels because I made a mistake in my booking; from 23h to 7h the hotel offered me another place. The staff were responsive.
