“The stay overall was very pleasent and comforting”

The staff was really helpful, especially Ms. Lilly and Mr. Tommy, who were very polite. Since we were staying to celebrate our daughter’s birthday, they made such beautiful efforts to decorate the room and provide a delicious cake, making her day extra special. The buffet breakfast was a major letdown for us because there were almost no vegetarian options; and although we stayed at different properties in Vietnam that all offer an Indian vegetarian menu to cater to Indian guests, here it was entirely lacking.

“Great hospitality”

The property was in a great location. The staff were amazing with anything we needed and very helpful in arranging day trips for us. The variety for breakfast and food was not always hot.

The meal was good, on the first day the staff were outside and very attentive, but on the second day they simply disappeared, which was a pity; the reception staff were amazing in service, and the new room with a hallway window was upgraded to a VIP or another fancy name after we politely asked at reception.

Very nice breakfast, the hotel’s location is super, and the staff were helpful; the only downside was that the bathroom in my room needed some refreshment.

Got a superb, spacious connecting room for my family, but the breakfast was just average with limited options; I might have rated a bit lower because of that, yet the excellent room and courteous, friendly staff push me to give the hotel an overall excellent rating.
