The location is excellent, the place is clean, and the staff are helpful. The food quality for the general meal system leaves something to be desired.

The desk staff, especially Gaurav and the lovely lady, were very cooperative. Be specific when ordering food, as there is at least a one and a half hour waiting time, and the taste is average.

The hotel is right on the Triveni ghat and the room view is outstanding; rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, but getting there is a bit tedious as we spent a lot of time in evening traffic through the market area.
