Convenient spot, just a short walk to the beach, though a bit distant from the town centre; on‑site facilities cover most needs. The host was warm and helpful, and messages arrived quickly and were useful. I appreciated the small touches in the amenities and the property was kept in good shape. The beach was within walking distance and the place is dog‑friendly, making it ideal for families with children thanks to the entertainment options. The bed, however, was uncomfortable. When we arrived the house was hot because the curtains were left open during the day, and there was some noise from the nearby bar and restaurant—peace‑seekers might find it a bit disruptive, though it’s not a major issue and likely quieter after the World Cup.

The caravan was nicely furnished and decorated, with little extras like fairy lights, blankets and artificial plants that we enjoyed. Everything we needed was there—salt, pepper, fairy liquid, cooking oil, and ice in the freezer—plus an air fryer that proved very handy. Outdoor furniture was a treat on a hot weekend, including a table, chairs, loungers, parasol, and even a small BBQ (though you’re advised to bring your own charcoal and utensils). Its location was convenient, close to a modern clubhouse featuring a burger van, outdoor sports screen, pizza bar, and other entertainment facilities. A small Nisa is at the caravan park, but for more supplies you’d need to head to Clacton‑on‑Sea. The key and front door handle could be a little sticky at times, but that was the only minor annoyance. Thanks for a lovely stay in your caravan.

We had a great time at this caravan! We were let down last minute by another booking that cancelled on us while we were travelling down to Clacton, but luckily we found this little gem and booked it straight away. The host, Monika, couldn’t have been more helpful she let us check in immediately and even gave us a later check-out, which really helped us out, especially with the kids. The location is perfect, directly opposite the clubhouse and park, which was super handy. The caravan itself was spotless and had everything we needed. We definitely recommend this place and will 100% be back next year!
