“Estadia excepcional!”

My stay at Flats e Suítes do Lago in Guapé was simply spectacular. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Décio (Décinho) proved to be an amazing, attentive host who took care of every detail. The room was extremely clean and well equipped, with a mini‑fridge, TV, air‑conditioning, and spotless linens. The property offers unparalleled convenience. Mr. Décio immediately gave us access to the kitchen and laundry area, which made it easy to cook and wash clothes during our trip. The garage at the back, connected directly to the flats’ internal area, provides total convenience and security. The space is undergoing improvements to become even more complete, but daily cleaning is so rigorous that the renovations don’t affect the comfort at all. I leave more than satisfied and extremely happy to have met Mr. Décio. It’s an excellent, welcoming place that I recommend without hesitation to anyone visiting Guapé.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and the owner was very friendly and welcoming. The only downside was the lack of curtains on the windows, which made it hard to darken the room and the TV channels and internet signal were not great.

“Fiquei extremamente satisfeita e recomendo muito o local”

The place was a solid bang for the buck. Everything we needed was right around the corner, the building was brand new, and the host was super attentive. I didn't find any hiccups.

“Ótima estadia”

Room was fresh and tidy, nothing to complain about. Everything was clean and organized, so I had no issues.

Location is spot on and the place was spotless. But the parking listed as private didn't exist, and my room had no curtains—window faced the hallway so light and noise kept us up. The bathroom had no window, so it blew in wind, and the rooms are connected by an open duct so you can hear everything above and below. Delcio was friendly, so I hope he can tweak these things as the lodge finishes up.
