The hotel’s location was perfect for both business and sightseeing, making it easy to get around on foot or by subway. However, the soundproofing left something to be desired, as a lot of noise could be heard, and the room felt a bit cramped.

“Very bad smoking room condition, the staff was not helpful for switching to nonsmoking room”

Most of the staff are very nice, but the guy help us for the check in was not helpful, we reserved 2 rooms but one room forgot to request non-smoking room. When we noticed that and requested during check in , he doesn’t even want to try to adjust switches one of our room to non-smoking room. The smoking room smells really bad,we couldn’t sleep and feel throat was irritated badly on second day, we smelled like smoke whole night feel sick

The place felt spotless, the staff were friendly, and the location was perfect. I can’t think of any downside.

The hotel isn’t in the city center, but it’s just a 3‑minute walk to a metro and tram stop and a little over 10 minutes if you walk to Odori station; it’s also very close to Susukino. The bathrooms on the upper floor are plenty and let you unwind after a day of walking. The staff kindly helped me fill out the paperwork for sending my luggage between hotels, which works perfectly in Japan.
