The hotel's prime location was a definite plus, making it a convenient choice for my stay. However, I was let down by the room's cleanliness and the cramped bathroom, which were not up to par. These issues somewhat overshadowed the positives of my stay, but the location was still a redeeming factor.

I was really looking forward to staying at this hotel, especially since the view was amazing, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by poor customer service. Despite confirming my booking, the hotel staff refused to let me check in, which was incredibly frustrating given that I had traveled 800 km to get there. It was disheartening to see that the hotel's system showed it was available, but they still wouldn't accommodate me.

I was thoroughly unimpressed with my stay, finding it to be a complete waste of both my money and time. The facilities were subpar, which greatly detracted from my overall experience. I had higher expectations, but unfortunately, this place fell short in almost every aspect.
