I don’t usually give ratings, but I want to spend money on the young, available, and attentive staff, an excellent restaurant with local food, a new and beautiful spa of high level, all because of the location and attention to detail. The stay in the building is worth it just for the place, especially in Buonacorssi… remarkable. The spa’s relaxation room can only be lit by staff.

“Enttäuschend”

Keine erneute Buchung. - Personal Rezeption unbeholfen und geringfügig freundlich, Haustechniker und Reinigungsfrau freundlich. - Bewegungsmelder im Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer ohne Sinn, da nicht mit Licht verbunden, dennoch stetig aktiv mit Blinken, dient es zur Überwachung? - Schallprobleme - Unangenehmer Geruch in der Rezeption und im Zugangsbereich Lift / Zimmer - Entsorgung der Flaschen nach Ende der Gastronomischen Öffnungszeiten ca 01.00 ohne jegliche Rücksichtnahme auf die Zimmer im Haus - Staub auf der Klimaanlage maximal sowie Staubansammlung oberhalb des Bades (Zwischendach) kann vom Personal nicht gereinigt werden da nicht zugänglich) - für ein Hotelzimmer eine hygienische Fehlkonstruktion - Fernbedienung TV wurde scheinbar noch nie sauber gemacht - trotz Erläuterung von Störfaktoren keinerlei entgegenkomme

The spot, the hotel itself, the room, the staff, and the superb dinner at the restaurant were all great, and I could leave my bikes safely in the garage—everything was handled perfectly.
