The location offers amazing views and walking opportunities, and the restaurant next door serves great food with world‑class bay views. The only downside is that there is no air conditioning.

The Petit Hotel Hostatgeria La Victoria, Alcúdia, is a rustic-style guesthouse set overlooking Pollensa Bay and the Cap de Formentor peninsula. Situated above the bay's forests, rocky inlets, and sandy coves, it offers a secluded setting. The hotel is 800 meters from S'Illot beach and provides access to mountain bike and trekking tours in a tranquil area of northern Majorca.

Excellent, magical.

The location is very good, but the room was stuffy and not ventilated; the bathroom is also poorly ventilated and the ceiling fan is too loud to sleep, a real disaster! The interior is very bare, leaving no place to store anything, but you have to live with that.

The setting is beautiful with a great view and free parking, the standard room size is okay, the breakfast menu is fine, and the building has stylish furnishings. The room’s small bathroom has no window, towels don’t dry there, the room is very, very warm with only a small window, and the ceiling is too high for the existing ceiling fan to bring cool air; a good standing fan is missing, and a second coffee at breakfast would be nice.

The venue is historic, the vibe is pleasant—like a big shared house yet completely private. The view is very beautiful. Although the spot is a bit out of the way, a great local restaurant sits right next door, which is ideal and also a fantastic starting point for sublime hikes cut off from the world! There is no air‑conditioning, and it gets very hot (August) in the rooms. It’s hard to ventilate because the windows in the hermitage are very small.
