Good location, good reception, and convenience. The kitchen staff were very rude; breakfast ended at 10:30, but by 10:20 they were already clearing everything. The guy was closed‑minded and grumpy. The beds and pillows were terrible. The double bed was actually two single beds joined together—horrible. Bad experience.

Reception staff and service were fine. The room was good, with a nice bed and cleanliness. However, room 307 is not recommended because the air conditioner is very noisy, the motor rattles, and it’s close to the elevator. The old AC makes a lot of noise and disturbs sleep.

Excellent service and reception. Employees Chaiany and João are polite and competent. Great breakfast. Staff helped arrange a ride‑hailing car for trips to the bus station and other appointments.

The hotel is surprisingly clean, quiet, pleasant, and my family was warmly welcomed by everyone—wonderful team! João at reception is a sweetheart! He greeted us and guided us with clarity, care, and affection. Congratulations! Nothing to complain about—10/10 for what the hotel promises!
