The room was dirty, had a broken floor, and the city view was very poor.

“Staff should be more supportive.”

The location was fine. The staff were unresponsive; I mistakenly left my charger in room 215 and checked out on Sunday. After that, I called the hotel at least 10 times; they found the charger but couldn’t courier it to my address. They cited reasons they were aware of, even though I had offered to pay for courier charges.

“There was a momerable stay and breakfast of morning with curtocios behaviour of staff”

I loved the nylon khaman and milk shake, but the staff's behavior left something to be desired.

“Quite good place with bad experience.”

The breakfast buffet was tasty and the room was tidy with a comfy bed, yet the shower water stayed scorching from 9am onward, the pool was deeper than the usual 8 feet and not up to standard, and when we asked for it cleaned the staff dumped a lot of chlorine that made our eyes red and itchy; this was during the IPL Final.

“The original old school best hotel in Ahmedabad. Really nice to finally stay there!”

The staff were excellent, especially Sulaggna and Ali at the front desk and Reena in the breakfast restaurant, but the room safe needed to be replaced.
