The location, facilities, and staff friendliness were great, but access to the facilities is difficult due to a steep ramp; a staircase on the ramp might help.

The room was gorgeous and the staff were very attentive. The entrance, next to the hardware store, has a steep slope; I’d recommend a bold sign from Casa Flores, a clean interior, and a leash for the dog. Inside, a very large dog that “doesn’t bite” was present.
