The bedding comfort, the size of the apartment, the services offered (SPA, pool, fresh bread delivery and others, equipment lending, …), the equipment and the staff’s availability and friendliness. The only drawback would be the lighting; we were in a corner so there was little light despite the large windows.

Very modern and stylish, the room spanned two floors with a sauna and views over the mountains.

Great location for mountain lovers in summer. There are trails of varying difficulty, some starting right from the hotel, from the chairlifts up. Also excellent the combination of pool, sauna (two, with different temperatures), Turkish bath and jacuzzi. The interiors are great, comfortable and well thermally and acoustically insulated. Several attractions for children in Tignes le Lac. The sink and mirror cleaning is quite rough. Reception is only open a few hours in the morning and in the evening. Check‑in is only possible late, after 17:00, check‑out early, before 10:00.

The pool, jacuzzi, sauna and the rest were great, but the reception felt cold.

The place had a nice vibe, though I often noticed there were too few seats in the tiny house for so many people. We all had our own showers, which was a big plus, and there were two separate toilets. The Wi‑Fi was a let‑down; we’d just come from an area with no coverage and expected good internet. On one phone the connection was perfect, but on the other it kept dropping. I’m not sure if it was the Wi‑Fi or the phones.
