“Nunca mais volto!”

The shower actually worked fine, which was a relief, but everything else left a lot to be desired. I was promised a discount that never materialized because the staff member left before I could check in, and the building felt rundown with broken basics, forcing me to be moved to another room. The hotel sits at the very far end of Praia do Forte, about two kilometres from the lively stretch, and the breakfast was pretty awful.

The restaurant on the property was top‑notch, serving tasty dishes, but the room itself was tiny—hardly enough space to move around comfortably.

“Superação da Expectativa! Super recomendo !”

Every member of the team—from reservations and front desk to the restaurant staff (even the nutritionist) and housekeeping—was friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. When they noticed I’d brought some breakfast items, they asked about my food intolerances and the next day served a gluten‑free cake and rice crackers without me even asking. We celebrated Valentine’s Day and our wedding anniversary there and found a sweet surprise waiting in the room.

“Hospedagem satisfatória”

Some of the rooms have been freshly renovated, which makes a big difference; the towels are clean and everything feels well organized. Breakfast is solid and meets the basic needs, and the room cleaning was especially impressive. Overall it’s a decent stay, nothing spectacular but meets expectations.

The location is beautiful and the facilities are generally recommendable, but the TV in the room didn’t have any internet access, which was a bit disappointing.
