“Never again in life I’m not even sure I will ever book a room again with booking.com after this!!!!”

The hotel was filthy, toilets flooded, bugs in the rooms, I had to move rooms three times before giving up and just asking for cleaning supplies, I had to pay for the room and clean it myself and still didn’t feel safe; it was just too dirty to like anything.

“Find different accommodations”

The pool looked nice and families were enjoying it; check‑in was easy even though I arrived around 11 pm, and the housekeeper was polite and offered to change the bedding and towels. The room had a lot of damage to the furniture, walls, and structure; the bed, sheets, and comforter were stained, the room smelled musty, the sheets had crumbs and dirt, and I couldn’t get new sheets until the next day. The refrigerator didn’t work, the toilet didn’t flush, I had to ask for a plunger, and there were so many problems with the facility and its cleanliness. It’s a cheap place to stay, but may not even be worth that; I advise travelers to find a different location.

“They would t reimburse me. Even though it was dirty and he was picking at his bare feet.”

When I arrived, the owner had his shoes off and was picking at his feet; it was disgusting.
