The spot is great, right next to the island’s best beach, and the lunch spot nearby is one of the best restaurants around. It’s isolated, quiet, and everything is close to nature. The traditional house is stunning, with an open kitchen available. Our host was impeccably kind, always smiling and with good contacts. That’s what we were looking for. Nothing to complain about.

We appreciated that the house sat on a quiet beach. Note that getting to the town takes about a 30‑minute walk. For lunch, there are beachside restaurants near the house, but dinner options are in town. Guia, who runs the house, was very friendly and helpful with local info.

The accommodation is a bit off the main trail, which makes it wonderfully quiet. It’s got everything you could need, and the beach is only a few steps away and absolutely gorgeous.

Casa Tassimirim feels like a tiny slice of heaven tucked into the jungle, only a stone’s throw from one of Boipeba’s most tranquil beaches. The house was spotless, the design clicked perfectly with the island vibe, and the sea was crystal clear – pure relaxation. The staff were warm and attentive, making us feel right at home. We only wish we could have stayed longer.
