Everything was fantastic! The kids could paddle board, use life jackets, and play on the slide, and the beaches stayed very clean. The only downside was the lack of Wi‑Fi.

Despite the comfortable bed and pillows, as well as the nice gas fireplace in the room, my stay was marred by the fact that the hotel was undergoing a remodel, which made the whole place feel like a construction zone. The stairs were wrapped in caution tape, and piles of construction material were everywhere, which made it hard to ignore the renovation.

While the hotel's lakefront property was a nice feature, my stay was unfortunately disrupted by the loud construction and an unpleasant smell in the cabin, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the location.

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Although I didn't experience any standout positives, the real issue was that the room I was given was far from what I paid for - a gross, musty, and disgusting old cabin that didn't match the deluxe double queen I booked.
