Everything was impeccable—the room, the food, the location—and the staff were exceptional, friendly, and very helpful. A special shout‑out to Luna at reception; she was great.

The hotel’s location was convenient and the housekeeping was clean, but there were no bicycles to rent despite the website claiming they were available; the front desk said they were all broken. The bathroom sink had no soap or hand‑wash, and the staff didn’t respond when I mentioned it. The shower‑head holder wouldn’t stay fixed and fell off with a touch. Only two 300 ml bottles of mineral water were provided in the room, with no water dispenser and any extra water had to be bought. The small safe in the wardrobe wasn’t locked to the wall and could be carried away, and reporting this got no action.
“Poor communication”
The hotel sits in a great spot, close to restaurants, shops, and the beach, and the room was very spacious and clean. My booking included early‑in and late‑out, but I received no reply when I messaged twice about the early‑check‑in timing. When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t have a late check‑out because the hotel was closing the next day. It would have been helpful to know this before booking or to be messaged, especially since I had an evening flight and needed a place to leave my luggage.
