The location was spot on, just a quick walk to the train station for all our trips. The only hiccup was the heavy chairs in the rooms; moving them produced a loud scraping that echoed up to the floor above. A simple fix would be to add floor‑protecting pads to the chair legs.

The hotel sits in a great spot, close to the station but on the next street, so it’s quiet. The rooms are large and spacious, and the bed was comfortable. The price for the room is high, and the standard feels quite modest. The building is old, the shower looks already worn, and the bathroom is cramped. There’s no wardrobe in the room, and there’s no water.

The spot was pretty good, right near Termini, and the room was a decent size. The rooftop bar lit up nicely at night. We stayed for four nights in early September, so temperatures were still high. There was no working air conditioning, and we were told they were having issues with it. The information sheet even says the AC is only available in summer and spring. They handed us a pedestal fan as a temporary solution. The fridge was a thin wall unit that couldn't hold any drinks, and the bathroom was so narrow that a larger person would find it cramped.
