The place was nice and clean, had good facilities, and the staff were lovely. The front‑desk staff even called me by my real name, something I’ve never experienced anywhere else in the world—truly a different level.

The hostel staff were very kind, especially Heng, Kim, and Cheata, who went out of their way to help me.

I really enjoyed my stay here! The facilities are great, everything is super clean and well maintained. The common area is especially nice, with good Wi‑Fi, a nice restaurant, and plenty of comfortable seating, making it a great spot to relax or work. The showers have good water pressure and are generally warm. The only downside is that there are quite a lot of mosquitoes outside, so definitely bring some repellent.

It is relatively clean and has a swimming pool. I stayed at the hostel for two days. When my reservation ended around noon, I booked another night and told a staff member—a girl—that I would pay in two hours. She gave me a contemptuous look but said okay. Then, 20 minutes later, she came up to me and said she was only giving me one hour 🤡. I asked her to call the manager, but she refused, and she also refused to give me her name. To the girl who is always at the reception desk: know that by providing service like this, you are making things worse for both the guests and your employer's business. And to the management, I recommend training your staff in customer service and hospitality. People go through different situations—like I did with exchanging currency. If a guest has already been staying for several days, you can easily wait 2 hours for payment. I'm saying this as an entrepreneur. I have never encountered such rudeness anywhere else in Asia. The rest of the staff was polite, but the experience with that girl ruined my stay, and I no longer wanted to remain there. So I wrote a Google review. When I went to pay, she told me she was refusing service to me because of my review 🤡🤡🤡
