The garden beside the palm grove was pleasant, yet the manager got angry when I declined to leave my car in his under‑construction lot that had tools and sharp stones on the ground, threatening my tires and bodywork; the rest of the stay was awful: unpleasant remarks, the kitchen closed at 18:45, restrictive breakfast hours, and a very simple breakfast; the place sits on the Draa Valley road but far from shops and restaurants.
