We booked a double room with a shared bathroom that was spacious and clean, and the air conditioning worked well. The showers and toilets were up to a western standard, and there was a small kitchen area with salt, oil, tea, and coffee. Breakfast was tasty and varied every morning, and the shared dinner was a nice touch. Whenever something broke, it was fixed right away and the staff were always approachable and helpful. The station is a 7‑minute walk away, and we met some friendly people. On the downside, the front area was constantly smoked and the smoke drifted into the common rooms, which I didn’t enjoy. The water pressure in the shower was inconsistent, and sometimes no water came out at all, which is probably a city issue.
