Mrs. Osumi, the manager, is incredibly kind and helpful; she stands out among the staff, who are generally good. The only downside is that most of the personnel don’t speak English—only a few do, and even then it’s hard to get much out of a conversation 😬

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the incredibly friendly staff. They went above and beyond to help me, even arranging taxis for me every day I needed to go out. The hotel's location was perfect for my needs, and I felt right at home during my stay.

“Cigarette smell”

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a major issue - all the rooms, including the one I was initially given, smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Despite asking multiple times to change rooms, I was unable to find a smoke-free space, which was a major disappointment.
