The onsen and the food were nice, but I expected a ryokan and instead found a Japanese hotel with an onsen, which was a bit disappointing.

Dinner included all alcoholic drinks, the bath had many cleansing options, and the value for money was good; the bath itself felt great.

The meals were tasty, and all the staff were smiling and helpful. There were too few toilets; the room had one, but each floor should have one as well.
