The location and the staff were good. It was a problem that the absence of an elevator wasn’t communicated, and that the TV remote didn’t work.

The location is excellent. The services include tea with biscuits at the reception all day, and in the room they also offer a sweet treat. The room is simple but comfortable, as is the bathroom. It’s on a staircase; I was lucky and the very kind manager helped me carry my luggage up and down. The Wi‑Fi in my room was weak, which is understandable for an old house with thick walls that block signal. They charge an extra fee that increases with each hour after 19:00 if you check in late. My flight was delayed by two hours, I explained that, but they still charged me.

La ubicación es perfecta, céntrico y todo lo suficientemente cerca como para ir andando. La amabilidad y predisposición de Flavio son de 10. Hemos estado muy cómodos en esta estancia. Si volvemos a Roma, sin duda repetiremos aquí
