The place was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful; there was no background noise. It is a bit impractical that the room is on two levels (bed upstairs) and the mattress is very hard.

The place was beautiful. To get assistance you have to contact another hotel.

The location was very good, the staff were attentive, and the room was clean. The room I was given (Pistoia) was extremely noisy; there was a lot of noise from the reception early in the morning. The curtains did not provide enough privacy (the room faced the street) and did not block enough light for proper rest.
