The apartment was spacious and clean, with a friendly and pleasant staff, a large, tidy, and quiet pool, and a breakfast that was restocked every morning while the room was refreshed daily; the view was magnificent and absolutely peaceful. The kitchen was poorly equipped with utensils, the fridge was tiny and the freezer was completely frozen, and the bed was hard, which I personally found uncomfortable but that’s subjective.

The flat was very large, the pool was great, the staff extremely nice, and the location superb for Narni, San Gemini, etc. The kitchen had zero equipment, the breakfast was pre-packaged which was a pity because Italian food is usually so delicious. On the bright side, juices and water were refilled daily, but Wi‑Fi was only available in one room.

The location was close to the Marmore Falls and Narni. The welcome was awful, it felt like a ghost estate, the bed was terribly uncomfortable, and to top it off there was a loud party with music.

When we asked for something salty for breakfast, they immediately supplied eggs, focaccia/bread, and local cold cuts. The only issue was that the bathroom lacked a holder for a beauty case (even a simple stool would have helped).
