The structure had a nice aesthetic, but the overall experience was terrible. The building itself wasn’t bad, but the management was awful—better to leave a pitiful apology. After a messy start with the booking process, the dinner was dreadful: we waited an hour and a half for cold food. From 3:30 am onward, people were shouting and pounding on doors trying to get in—where was the security? It turned into a sleepless night. The staff cared nothing about guests, preferring to drink and laugh among themselves. In short, a horrible stay at a place I would never recommend.

Breakfast was perfect, but the shower mixer gave a mild electric shock, and there were empty bottles in my room when I checked in. I ended up cutting my fingernails in the bathroom.

Big shoutout to Chef Lebo—he’s the best. Thanks a lot to Nolwazi at the reception; she was so kind. The breakfast was a bit much, but Chef Lebo made it worth it.
