The curtains in the room were poor and didn’t block the window properly. Breakfast was supposed to be included, but when we asked at reception they brought a simple chole bhature from outside, which was a hygiene compromise.

The staff denied us a room, claiming electrical problems, yet they gave the same room to other guests.

The breakfast that came with the stay was the worst part of the entire experience—extremely disappointing and not worth mentioning as an inclusion. The rest of the stay was merely average and nothing special. There was no lift, which was inconvenient, and basic toiletries were completely missing. Overall, the experience was far below expectations.
