The key to my room didn’t work, so I had to stop by the front desk to get back in. The TV was dead until staff reprogrammed it, and the curtain didn’t close fully, leaving a gap at the top. Breakfast was awful, and the air‑conditioning made a lot of noise.

The lobby looked nice and the staff were helpful, but my room was filthy with roaches and other bugs; I was horrified. The staff moved me to a clean room, though “clean” was relative—the floors were still dirty. I pointed out the blackened floors, and the staffer took the issue to their manager, who promised to change the floor‑cleaning method.
