The price‑to‑quality ratio was excellent. The staff were very helpful, though I was a bit confused and unaware of Istanbul at first. Still, it’s a great spot to stay near all the attractions.

The room was not as described. It was only 2 metres by 2 metres, had no breakfast facilities, no window, no toilet paper, and no hand soap.

The staff were polite and the location was decent, but the promised breakfast that supposedly included in the room rate was missing. There was no sound isolation; I could hear the track outside the window, a football match at the nearby stadium, all the neighbors, literally everything around. A corridor smell like a cigarette lingered.

The hotel just changed hands and now has young, energetic managers; the price‑performance ratio is fantastic, so I’ll definitely stay here on my next trip, and they even helped with my external work—thanks to the whole team.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the one hand, I was pleasantly surprised by the affordability of the hotel, which offered great value for the price I paid. However, I was a bit let down by the unfriendly and unhelpful staff, which didn't quite match my expectations. Overall, it was an average stay, with some aspects being quite good and others falling short.
