The room was spotless, roomy, and well kept. The bedding was comfortable, hot water was always available, and the overall vibe stayed quiet even though we were close to the airport. Housekeeping did a great job keeping things hygienic throughout my stay.

The location was good, the staff were friendly, and the view from the room was nice. The room had a warm blanket, which was useful because it was cold outside at night and in the morning. However, it was dirty: there were other people's hair lying around, the headboard was dusty, the curtains were dirty, and the sink was filthy. The blanket came without a duvet cover, and not all outlets worked.

I couldn’t stay because after accepting the booking I received a message that the hotel had a system issue and was overbooked. They offered me another property, which I declined.
