“Don’t be fooled by the pictures online this place is awful”

Where do I start!!! No one to check in or greet you, no one answers the phone line or WhatsApp, the room is nothing like the pictures online!!! It was dirty when we arrived; lucky the cleaning lady was there and I told her but she was happy because she was just leaving—no housekeeping, no extra supplies like essential toilet paper. The AC wasn’t working; I had to turn it off because of constant noises coming from it. “What’s up?” they answered, “we’re a robot and not a live person.” Issues tried to be resolved within a day!! Never would I stay here again and would NOT recommend.

The apartment’s location was convenient, and the staff kindly let me store my luggage on arrival and departure days, but the room wasn’t clean, the bed was uncomfortable, and the shower water pressure was weak.

The place had an excellent location and enough space to explore Madrid.

Everything was bad except the location; the bed was poor, the bathroom was in very bad condition, the furniture was deteriorated, the TV had a channel lock and when I asked for the code I received no response, the room overall was bad, and the staff from administration were insufficiently helpful.
