The staff never turned up when we needed them, and the hotel sits in a dead‑end area that doesn’t lead anywhere useful. It felt like we were stuck in a place with no real purpose.

The people at the front desk were genuinely helpful and went out of their way to make things easy. I left feeling that the service was definitely a highlight of the stay.

Everything was fine – the room was clean, the Wi‑Fi worked, and there were no major hiccups. Nothing stood out as a problem, so I was happy enough to check out without complaints.

The staff were undeniably friendly, which made the check‑in smooth. Apart from that kindness, the rest of the experience was just average – nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible either.

All aspects of the stay were acceptable; the room, the breakfast, and the location all met basic expectations. It wasn’t a standout experience, but it got the job done.
