The night‑time receptionist was friendly and handled me well. The room and beds were fine. The jacuzzi and shower in the relaxation area were lukewarm and the temperature couldn't be adjusted; the jacuzzi had no bubbles. Most of the ceiling spotlights were broken and the sauna didn't feel fresh. There was no changing room next to the relaxation area, so you have to walk past the reception and dining room in your swimwear, which is unpleasant. We pointed out the issues to the front‑desk staff that day, who said the relaxation area would be renovated soon and that was why the problems hadn't been fixed. The dinner buffet was a grill buffet with nothing actually grilled, very small and not suitable for children. Breakfast was okay but also had a limited selection. The view from the room looked into another window and a ceiling, so there was little view. There was no power outlet near the bed, which is standard at many hotels.

“Hörde att middags buffen var fantastiskt den önskar jag vi hann prova på.”

The breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel so far—great porridge and the availability of Wasa 100 earned a 5/5. The coffee was a bit weak on Sunday. There was a bit of noise from a football match on the same floor, but that's not something I would expect.

I liked the bed and breakfast, and the quietness without traffic from the E4. However, we've stayed here multiple times and know that the hotel usually has a pool, jacuzzi and sauna. We didn't read the description when booking, but later saw that those amenities had been removed from the text without mentioning that the spa area was closed. That disappointed us and negatively affected the weekend.

“Bra”

Unfortunately the scrambled eggs and bacon were cold, and there were no signs to identify them. That's a minus. The back door should be accessible for guests arriving from the parking with luggage.
