“This hotel is in a convenient location to family. This is it's selling point.”
The location is fine, but the hotel is old and needs a remodel; breakfast is weak with limited items.

I stayed in a clean, quiet room that was comfortable, but I found moldy food and leftover garbage in a cabinet drawer that housekeeping had missed – it was a minor inconvenience.

Clean, bed comfortable, hot water and good pressure in shower Location good for us. Breakfast lacking and disappointing. No vending machines. Lo

Breakfast was acceptable and the location was convenient, but the price felt a bit steep compared to other hotels I’d visited in the southern states where I paid less for the same amenities.

Very clean, good beds, plenty of towels, a large sink and counter separate from the bathroom, easy parking, a pleasant front desk person, and an exhaust fan in the bathroom. No elevator, but we managed to get a first‑floor room. The bathroom fan was louder than most.
