It’s close to Santiago de Compostela, but the laundry service is only for students, even though it was advertised as available to all guests. A two‑night stay doesn’t justify a room cleaning unless you stay three nights, and the fridge in the room doesn’t work.

The place itself is fine, but on day one the reception was dismissive and unhelpful, with no one around to check us in; the two front‑desk staff made us hunt for an ironing board and glasses that were missing from our room. The next day, however, the new team took great care of us.
