Only the location mattered; the staff were terrible—worst hotel staff I've encountered—and the room was pricey for what it offered.

I was really put off by the hotel's payment process. I'd already paid 4,300 rupees online, but when I arrived, they claimed they'd only received 3,800 rupees because a 500-rupee commission had been deducted. They then asked me to pay an extra 500 rupees, which meant I ended up paying twice - totally unreasonable if you ask me. I'm sharing this so others know what to expect.

This place was a total embarrassment, to be honest. The hotel didn't deserve the name, and it's a shame it's still listed.

I was really disappointed with this place - it was a total rip-off. The room was a mess and didn't seem clean at all, which was pretty unhygienic if you ask me. To top it off, the staff didn't seem to care at all about helping out or making you feel welcome.
