Nothing feels cold, but the basement is just tile and cold.

Almost nothing good, a huge letdown—no one should stay here, it’s a shame. The doors are wide and moldy, the exhausts don’t work right and are loud, and without them the room is stuffy and dusty.

It’s very cheap, right in the pedestrian zone and close to a parking garage—clean but a bit austere. The room has no windows, which was never mentioned, so the air is poor even with the fan. Finding it inside the building is tricky; you wouldn’t expect to have to go down to the basement, and the key pockets at the front gate aren’t clearly marked.

It smells moldy, the air feels closed in, and you can’t sleep in such a place.
