“It was fair”
The environment is clean, especially outside, but the outside cleaning could be better.
Nothing. So so bad. I booked an hour before I arrived and still hadn't got the code for the door upon arrival.I call two numbers. Neither replied. I get a text saying only text.really ? Needed screen shots of I'd and booking confirmation 1st. Never needed before but fine. Sent both. Can I have the code? Not quick at replying. Go to an address 2 Mike's away and text when you are there.it felt like I was in a really bad horror movie. Not a chance. Send code for here please. eventually after several texts i got the code yo a property 9 houses up the road. Over an hour after I had arrived. Avoid like the plague. Not just me. Speaking to people in the street that is a regular occuence. So after arriving at 21.00 I finally get indoors to a completely different place at 22.00. It was actually painful
“awful”
The stay was terrible and disorganised, with a lack of preparedness.
