I booked this room in March and got the confirmation, even asking for a late check‑in which the property agreed to. On the day I tried to check in, they said there was no booking for me. Someone had taken my payment through Booking, and I struggled to find another place to stay. I’m still waiting for a response from Booking and haven’t heard anything yet. Very disappointing experience with this property if it really exists and with Booking.
