The room was tiny and had a cigarette smell, but that’s what you get for the price. The location was fantastic and it was fine if you just needed a place to sleep and shower. We didn’t realize it was a love hotel until we got there, yet there was no sense of anything shady.

The room was large, the bathroom was spacious, there was an elevator, and the bed was comfortable. However, you have to hand the key back when you leave, which feels odd and annoying. The room was cold even after turning off the AC.

The people were lovely and helped as best they could, but the tiny bathroom (I mean knees on the wall when going to the loo) was awful. Not recommended for anyone with mobility issues.

The location was good, but the bathroom smelled and the ventilation system made a noise that couldn’t be turned off. The reception was poor, definitely not a 4‑star hotel.

It’s close to everything yet still quiet. The colonialist‑style building has terraces facing the lake and the staff are magnificent.
