The location is great, but after two days the room wasn’t cleaned on the second day and no toilet paper was provided. The second staff member who worked from 26 to 27 July 2026 was very unpleasant; when he arrived he knocked on the door to introduce himself as the hotelier, then the next day at 10:30 am he knocked again to say the lease would end soon, and at 11:30 am he knocked once more to hurry us. When we checked out the man was annoyed and his attitude was terrible.

The view, the staff’s friendliness, and reliable hot water are great, but the route to get there can be tricky; if you’re not an experienced driver you might have trouble arriving.

“Seguridad y tranquilidad en un bello espacio!”

The gardens, parking, and view are very nice, and Don José’s personal service is first‑class, warm and very responsible. I noticed a slight odor coming from the bathroom drain, a blanket was stained, and there is little communication by email or WhatsApp to confirm the reservation.

“Muy lejano”

I stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately, it's quite far from town and the road leading to it is dusty and dark. On the downside, the hotel itself appears to be very old and in need of significant maintenance. Overall, my experience was mixed, with the peaceful location being a plus, but the hotel's condition and distance from town being notable drawbacks.
