The location. The omelette at the breakfast was not fresh, and that is why we all felt sick for the last 2 days of our stay. Although we asked several times, the room service has not made up our room so we did not get towels/toilet paper, the display of the AC could not be switched off so it was very hard to sleep because of the light

The view of Kotor and the nearby mountains, plus proximity to the beach, were wonderful; however, we stayed in the annex building behind the main hotel, on the pool side, with difficult access to the stairs, yet the view was still beautiful and the location was excellent for exploring the area.

The location, breakfasts, and staff were good, but there was an unpleasant smell in the corridor and no curtain over the bathtub.

The room offered a nice view from the semi‑lux, the waiter was a pleasant tall man who provided good service, the cat at the restaurant was cute, and the pool was decent; however, the cleanliness was poor, no one came to tidy the room before we checked in, it arrived dirty and worn, the balcony door barely opened, the price‑quality ratio was terrible, making it the worst hotel for that price; breakfast was bland, and if there were other options I would not consider this place.

The hotel’s location and staff were good, but it was disappointing that there was no elevator.
