The staff were friendly and the spot of the hotel near the stadium was spot on, but the facilities were awful and didn’t match what was promised. The building is old and in dire need of renovation, the bathroom especially needs an upgrade, and there were roaches in both the hallway and the room.

The hotel’s proximity to Kauffman Stadium was a plus, yet the place felt a bit worn out.

Staying close to the stadium was great, but the breakfast was subpar and the room wasn’t very clean—there was mold in the shower and the floor stuck to my feet.

The staff was extremely rude.

The hotel had a smell, and they tried to charge more than the price listed on the online booking.
