The suite was super comfy and the AC kept the room cool. It’s close to the city center and the open‑air pool right in the middle of the hotel was a nice break after a day of exploring. Breakfast was on a communal table where we chatted with other guests over tasty food.

Good location, beautiful house, nice breakfast. We couldn’t open the windows because our room was on the first floor and people could see us from the street. It’s a famous street and groups of tour guides stop in front of the house to explain the history. We mentioned it but they didn’t offer any alternative.

The hotel sits just inside the walled city, making it a great base for exploring Cartagena. The street the hotel is on is very beautiful and quite peaceful. We had a small issue with water pressure in our shower, which was promptly fixed once we reported it.
